    • Yes, you can access the Resident Portal via Resident.VineBrookHomes.com and via the FREE VB Resident App.

    • Visit Resident.VineBrookHomes.com or via the FREE VB Resident App from Google Play or the App Store

    • With the VB Resident Portal and companion app you will have access to:
      • View your account balance
      • Pay your rent online
      • Manage Auto Payment setting
      • Submit Service Requests and get Priority response times.

    • Every situation is a bit different in terms of how quickly you will be able to access our Resident Portal. Rest assured our team is working as quickly as possible to get your information transferred over as quickly as possible to our system. When your account is ready, you will receive an email with more instructions on how to access your Resident account.

    • Rent is due on the 1st of every month.

    • To submit a service request, please visit the online Resident Portal or the VB Resident App for all non-emergency service requests.

    • You can pay rent by downloading the VB Resident App or by paying online at VineBrookHomes.com.

      • If you prefer to mail a check or other certified funds, you can do so by sending your payment to the corporate office. Please note that if you choose to send your payment to our corporate office, we must receive your payment before close of business on your due date in order to avoid late fees. VineBrook Homes is not responsible for mail/package delivery times, it is the resident’s responsibility to ensure your payments arrive in our office in a timely manner. We highly recommend paying your rent online at VineBrookHomes.com. If necessary, checks and certified funds only can be mailed:
