VineBrook Homes and City of Cincinnati Settle Litigation, Establish New Working Relationship

CINCINNATI, June 11, 2024 /PRNewswire/ — Today, the City of Cincinnati (the “City”) and VineBrook Homes announce the resolution of prior litigation between the parties through a settlement agreement that establishes a new working relationship for VineBrook Homes and City personnel. The settlement agreement resolves all claims made by the City and by VineBrook Homes in previous filings, and governs their mutual obligations going forward. The settlement does not constitute an admission of any fault, liability, or wrongdoing by any party. VineBrook Homes and the City will “reset” their interactions to orient toward a more collaborative, productive relationship that enhances their joint goals of delivering quality, affordable housing to residents across the community. The parties issued the following statements on the agreement and the path forward:

VineBrook Homes Trust Announces Record Date and Date of 2024 Annual Meeting of Stockholders

DALLAS, March 19, 2024 /PRNewswire/ — VineBrook Homes Trust, Inc. announced today that the record date for determining stockholders entitled to vote at the 2024 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”) will be Monday, April 1, 2024. The Annual Meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 11, 2024, beginning at 10:00 a.m. Central Time. The Annual Meeting will be held exclusively through a virtual format. Stockholders will not be able to attend the Annual Meeting in person, however stockholders of record as of the close of business on April 1, 2024, will be able to vote and ask questions during the Annual Meeting through the online platform.

VineBrook Homes Prioritizes Sales to Owner-Occupants

DAYTON, Ohio, March 4, 2024 /PRNewswire/ — VineBrook Homes (VineBrook) continues to make homeownership a reality for hundreds of hard-working residents across the United States who may have been previously denied opportunities to purchase homes. In the past 12 months, the company sold or is in contract to sell more than 820 of its affordable, single-family rental homes to qualified owner-occupants across its portfolio. States with the highest number of VineBrook owner-occupant sales include Ohio (201 homes); Missouri (167 Homes); Georgia (81 homes); South Carolina (108 homes); Mississippi (55 homes); Wisconsin (52 homes); and Tennessee (25 homes).
