Effective Wednesday, October 22, VineBrook Homes property management in this market has transitioned to Evergreen Live. All resident services are now managed by Evergreen. Contact the Evergreen team with any questions or resident requests.

New Property Management Effective October 22

The transition to Evergreen Live took effect on Wednesday, October 22. All resident services, rent payments, and property management activities are now handled through Evergreen. Resident services can be managed through the Evergreen Resident Portal.

November Rent Paid Through Evergreen

Your November rent payment is the first rent payment made through Evergreen. All payments will be made through Evergreen going forward. Online payments via Evergreen Live’s Resident Portal are the fastest and easiest way to pay. If you have questions regarding your rent or making payments to Evergreen, contact Evergreen’s rent collections team.

All Services Now Managed by Evergreen

Evergreen began managing all resident services on October 22. Submit all service requests through Evergreen. The fastest way to submit a request is through the Evergreen Resident Portal.

Same Lease, New Management

Your lease terms, rent amount, and due dates will remain unchanged. This transition will not affect your rights or responsibilities as a resident. Lease information is available in your Evergreen Resident Portal. 

Security Deposit Transferred to Evergreen

Management of your security deposit has been transferred to Evergreen Live. Your deposit will remain in place, subject to the terms of your current lease.

Notice of Property Management Transition

New Property Management Expected to Take Effect October 22

The transition is expected to take effect October 22. After the effective date, all resident services, rent payments, and property management activities will go through Evergreen Live. You should have received an introductory communication from Evergreen in early October. 

October Rent Paid Through VineBrook, November Rent Paid Through Evergreen

October rent was the last payment through VineBrook. Your November rent payment will be made to Evergreen. 

Online payments via Evergreen Live’s Resident Portal will be the fastest and easiest way to pay. Evergreen will provide detailed instructions in their upcoming communications on how to pay your rent through Evergreen’s portal. If you have questions about paying your rent through Evergreen after the transition, you can contact Evergreen’s rent collections team at the phone number or email address below.

Services Transition to Evergreen on October 22​

Rest assured that services to your home will not be interrupted during this transition. Use the following guide to submit service requests during the transition period:

October 17-October 22:

  • Only emergency service requests should be submitted to VineBrook during this period.
  • Routine requests that arise during this time should be held and submitted to Evergreen after the effective date, expected to be October 22.
  • For information on what is considered an emergency service request, go to: vinebrookhomes.com/faq

After October 22:

  • All requests (including routine requests from the prior period and any new emergency requests) can be submitted to Evergreen Live.
  • After the effective date, residents can set up an Evergreen resident portal and submit requests there. All services will be managed by Evergreen thereafter.

Management of your security deposit will be transferred to Evergreen Live, and your deposit will remain in place, subject to the terms of your current lease.

Expect Additional Communications from VineBrook and Evergreen

You should have received communications in the mail, as well as via email and text, with reminders about important dates and deadlines as well as other information on the transition.
