Effective Wednesday, September 17, VineBrook Homes property management has transitioned to Evergreen Live. All resident services are now managed by Evergreen. Contact the Evergreen team with any questions or resident requests.

TIMING
New Property Management Effective September 17
The transition to Evergreen Live took effect on Wednesday, September 17. All resident services, rent payments, and property management activities are now handled through Evergreen. Resident services can be managed through the Evergreen Resident Portal.
RENT
October Rent Paid Through Evergreen
Your October rent payment was the first rent payment made through Evergreen. All payments will be made through Evergreen going forward. Online payments via Evergreen Live’s Resident Portal are the fastest and easiest way to pay. If you have questions regarding your rent or making payments to Evergreen, contact Evergreen’s rent collections team.
MAINTENANCE & RESIDENT SERVICES
All Services Now Managed by Evergreen
Evergreen began managing all resident services on September 17. Submit all service requests through Evergreen. The fastest way to submit a request is through the Evergreen Resident Portal.

LEASE
Same Lease, New Management
Your lease terms, rent amount, and due dates will remain unchanged. This transition will not affect your rights or responsibilities as a resident. Lease information is available in your Evergreen Resident Portal.
SECURITY DEPOSIT TRANSFER
Security Deposit Transferred to Evergreen
Management of your security deposit has been transferred to Evergreen Live. Your deposit will remain in place, subject to the terms of your current lease.
